A few years ago I had the pleasure of seeing Little Dragon for the first time. Opening up for them was an awesome group, Nite Jewel. The very first song I heard was a cover of Roxy Music's, Lover. It was magical. Dreamy vocals cascading over synthy electro streams set the mood for lovin' and that's just one track. They've released a number of EP's and a full length album, Good Evening, that hits the spot. They kind of sound like super classy 80's porn music which honestly who can resist?! Nite Jewel will be DJ'in' @ Public Works May 22nd so go check 'em out!
