I'm a huge Cowboy Junkies fan and can listen to their Trinity Session album over and over, but their latest just doesn't have that heartbreaking, soul-searching and on my last leg feel that they had in the past. Enter Angie Mattson. When I discovered her and listened to her albums it was like being that awkward teenager again. Growing up in the middle of nowhere it was easy to get lost in a song. I'd have to say the track that's been on repeat for me is Thank You, off her 2007 album Given to Sudden Panic and Early Retreat.
